Alfiatunnur is a senior lecturer at the Department of English Language Education, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Ar-Raniry State Islamic University, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. She is a PhD candidate in the Center for Trust, Peace and Social Relations (CTPSR), Coventry University, United Kingdom and holds her master in Educational Leadership from University of Arkansas, USA. Her research interest includes Education, Social Works, Leadership and Management, Psychology, Tourism and literacy.
