Rahmi is a lecturer at the English Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Ar-Raniry State Islamic University, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Rahmi obtained her Master’s degree at Deakin University, Australia majoring in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Rahmi has also completed her doctoral studies in the field of Education (Language and Educational Practices Research Cluster), at The University of Bath, England. Apart from teaching, Rahmi is also active in conducting research, including in the field of teacher identity, teacher agency and teacher beliefs.
